I designed the Upskill Games to address this challenge: immersive programs that allow participants to experience organizational complexity and develop skills that can be applied immediately in action.
Developed within Tyalwë, they serve as a lever for both individual and collective transformation.
Upskill Games
The Upskill Games are based on strategic simulations that place participants in real decision-making situations, requiring trade-offs between conflicting priorities and navigating demanding collective dynamics.
They allow participants to develop transferable skills such as decision-making under uncertainty, systemic analysis of situations, collective leadership, and building a shared vision.
Learning is grounded in lived experience, followed by a structured debriefing that connects action, concepts, and operational challenges.
Contexts of Application
These programs are used in executive seminars, leadership development programs, or phases of organizational transformation.
They are aimed at executives, leadership teams, and strategic managers seeking to strengthen their analytical skills and collective action capabilities.
Positioning
As the founder of Tyalwë, and as a professor and consultant in strategy and organization, I design and facilitate these programs in close connection with real-world organizational challenges and the latest management research.
Each intervention is tailored to the specific issues of the organization, producing lasting effects on decisions and collective dynamics.
Expertise ludique et reconnaissance
My approach is based on an in-depth knowledge of the world of games and game mechanics as powerful tools for learning and transformation.
I notably created an award, the “Mensa d’or“, recognizing game-based programs for their conceptual rigor and their ability to develop complex skills.
This expertise allows me to select, adapt, and integrate games published by various creators in order to design strategic educational experiences that produce truly transferable learning.
